I am pleased to welcome you to the Cochrane Editorial Unit (CEU) website. The purpose of the CEU is to support Cochrane entities in improving the quality of The Cochrane Library. We also aim to help build participation in Collaboration activities and promote the use of Cochrane Reviews to inform healthcare decisions.

I am fortunate to work with an excellent team that includes Harriet MacLehose, Toby Lasserson, and Ruth Foxlee, who are well known within the Collaboration for their work in the Cochrane Infectious Diseases, Airways, and Wounds Review Groups, respectively, and Rachel Marshall and John Hilton, both experienced medical editors. The team also includes Jackie Chandler (Methods Co-ordinator), Hilary Simmonds (my PA), and Vicki Pennick (CRG Executives' Support Officer).
